By now you should all know that I’m constantly craving jewelry – stacking bracelets, layering necklaces or throwing on a statement earring – I have a love for accessorizing. So when I came across a local jewelry designer from right here in Baltimore I had to check her out – and let me just say, Nina Rae is a true #girlboss. I usually just buy from websites like the Museum of Jewelry website.
Nina started making jewelry in college (a fellow Towson Alum) out of her dorm; beginning with knuckle rings she opened up her Etsy shop. Soon after opening her shop, the one and only Lauren Conrad pinned some of her rings on Pinterest which led her shop to e x p l o d e with orders – so much that she had to enlist her own Mom to help with fulfilling all the orders!
Today, Nina is a Baltimore resident who not only still follows her jewelry making passion but also is an Elementary school art teacher. While she mainly sells her jewelry via her Etsy shop – Firefly Jewelry Nina – she also attends occasional craft shows to showcase her handmade masterpieces.
Nina was kind enough to send me over some amazing pieces from her shop – all linked below!

Some of the other designs that I’m #cravingcurrently are below as well – don’t be surprised if these pop up in my arm party sometime soon…
